From shopping and setup to cooking and cleanup, Private Chef Rachel will take care of everything so you can relax, eat, and enjoy.

We highly recommended a quick phone call to determine what sort of service you have in mind, along with answer any and all questions you may have.  We find that this often saves you time and helps us to create an individualized service for each and every client within their budget range.
 

Our most popular services include:  three-course menu, five-course menu, elegant platter service,

brunch, cocktail party with heavy hors d'oeuvre, and bachelorette/bachelor events.  

 

Most of our events are held at vacation rentals that often lack a sufficient amount of plate ware, cutlery, glass ware, and serving platters.  Upon arrival at the rental we ask that you please send us a few photos of the indoor/outdoor dining and kitchen areas, along with and cabinets or drawers containing dining ware.  The time frame needed for prep and setup can be discussed when booking your event. In home visits prior to an event can be arranged if the event will be held at your personal residence. We are also happy to suggest signature cocktails or wine pairings to accompany your menu selection.

 

Course dinner menus and elegant platter service include choice of two to four canapés depending on main course selections.  The elegant platter service often provides a way to meet most dietary requirements of a large group, so is often recommended for any parties of 12 guests or more.
